"I had gone a few days without hot water and heat in the house. I was having trouble finding a company that would come out. I got referred to A-List plumbing and they agreed to see me on Friday (which was quicker than I expected). Heath came out and I thought he was just going to access the situation and make a plan. Turns out he went to Bellevue, got a heater, and installed it that day which really saved my weekend. Turns out that Heath owns the company. Nice guy who went the extra mile."

"A pipe at our house burst on December 23rd in the late afternoon. A-List plumbing was the only company we found that was willing to help us fix the pipe so we could turn our water back on before Christmas Eve. Heath came exactly when he said he would arrive and was quick to fix the issue.
